This is the best I can do. I made a big blank white screen on my computer and taped it to that, then took a picture with my camera and fiddled with it in photoshop. Interesting ’cause I went back to look at Kate’s, and they are much more calcified and bright, but hers was taken 4 days before whereas this is 9 or so. The “x” marks are from the vet and mark skulls. The “?” in the lower right is the 7th, he initially wasn’t sure but by the end we all thought it was one too. There’s another possible “?” in the upper left that I don’t think is one. But, there seem to be a good number of spines in the upper leftish/middle of her belly that I’m not sure have corresponding heads…
You should be able to click on them to make them bigger. I included two different contrast settings, it seemed like I could see some stuff better at different contrasts.

Dr Janet counts 8, but this is the first one I have ever looked at, so I have no idea what I am talking about. But 8’s my number and I’m sticking to it.

Well, it looks a little clearer on my monitor at home. I’m not convinced though that there’s not another skull hiding up at the top.
I’m saying 8. Possibly another that we can’t see.

I put it in Gimp and bumped the contrast and levels way up and I can definitely see 8, with a strong possibility of one hiding behind the intestines.

I’m also guessing 10. With Hannah we only could count 8 on the x rays. And boom, out popped 2 more after we reached 8 puppies. You could have a couple of smaller ones that are hard to spot. Or a couple that are hiding behind each other…
Not that I am wishing 10 puppies on you Jeri! LOL. But if there are, it’ll be ok. The more the merrier, right???
