We’ve been hanging out on the deck during the day, because it’s too blazing hot in the sun to go out on the driveway (which gets shade in late afternoon), and in the backyard where we have shade all day, the grass is too thick. We have bermuda grass, and it’s really hard for the puppies to walk through.
So I put a baby gate across the deck stairs, and keep a close eye to make sure nobody takes after their father and wedges themselves between the bars so they can hurl themselves onto the ground, and voila! Puppy play area.
Madeline likes to wallow in the water bowl. And Lucy can jump straight up in the air!

Is that child on a retainer — she should be! Will you rent her out?
Cade’s little tummy makes me want to blow bubbles onto it. They are just too cute. Do you get anything done other than watch puppies, play with puppies, feed puppies, clean up after puppies?

I needed the extra daily cute today, thanks!
Pie is still fearless of faling/jumping/leaping so watch them really careful!

You mean Pilot who can jump straight up flat-footed and look you in the eye? That Pilot?

We can’t wait to see them all. We’re on our way. Almost to Montgomery. I just want to squeel!

Love that picture of Charlie. You have the cutest house in the world.

I don’t know about anyone else, but I’m going to go into serious withdrawal once those puppies go home and there’s no more Daily Cute.

Maybe Jeri can write it in to her puppy contracts that we have to continue to be supplied with Daily Cutes. There are quite a few puppies, so the duties could rotate.

That puppy socializer sure is beautiful! Look at how grown up she is!
I can’t believe how fast they grow… now her and Dea both look like “kids”, and no longer like “toddlers”. It’s scary how fast they mature, and grow!

No, I don’t! LOL

That’s apparently a family trait. Chase is airborne about a quarter of the day — flying off the back of the couch, a table, the bed — leaping up to give someone a lick. While I can really appreciate the athleticism, I sure worry about injury.
