I can’t believe that the babies are almost 4 months old! Nash’s ears are taped again…yes they are both up, and I’m sure it’s just teething, but the weaker ear was turning outward a bit at the tip and flopping when he was tired. I’d rather be safe than sorry, and he honestly doesn’t seem to mind the tape too much. I should give him a bath before I do pictures next time, we’ve just had so much rain all the dogs are permanently a slight orange-ish shade these days. These are far from the best pictures, and far from the best topline, but I’m still happy with his pieces & parts quite a bit.
We graduated from puppy class last night! Nash was, unsurprisingly, the star of the class.
He just loves everyone and everydog, and took all of the new obstacles right in stride. Our puppy classes are great…they do a lot of extra object socialization such as wheelchairs, crutches, umbrellas, different footing surfaces, weird stuffed animals, sudden noises, etc. Nash is very unphased by everything, such a sweet boy. Now trying to see about getting him to some conformation classes.

Funny, Piper doesn’t seem to mind the tape on her ears either! He’s looking good, Jeri… and yep – we gotta look at the pieces and parts right now and damn the topline!
handsome boy, that Nash
Doesn’t surprise me either, that he graduated “top of the class” in his puppy class. I think his sister might follow in the same pawsteps
We might actually hit up a conformation class this weekend depending on my level of motivation. Way to go Nash! Keep up the awesome work. Do you have any other puppy type classes you can keep him in, or is he done with classes now??
