Junie B was always one that seemed “regal” somehow…quieter than some of the others, watchful, and protective of her brothers and sisters.  She could easily outfox the other puppies when it came to getting prime toys or bones.  She’d sit contentedly next to me while the other puppies romped around, joining in sometimes and watching carefully at other times.  As a young adult she came back to me from her first owner, and I was happy to be able to send her onward to my good friend Leslie Reed at Keel Mtn Corgis.  June loves to play with her tailless sisters and spend time on the couch.  She won her first 2 points her first weekend out with her previous owner, and then while she was living with me for a brief time she won her majors (3 & 4 points), including a Best of Opposite Sex over specials under respected breeder judge Janet Robinson.  June’s new owner Leslie got to take her out for a test drive over the summer and piled on more single points. At our local shows in Priceville, I was thrilled to be there to watch as she got the final points for her AKC Championship!  June is the first champion to be bred here at Allegro, and we’re very proud of her.

June is now working towards her AKC Grand Championship (when she has hair) and has a major and several minor points so far.

In UKC, June finished her CH quickly with Best Female wins at UKC Premiere, and a total of three group 3’s and a group 2 win.
